This section of the website is a one-stop shop for registered golfers. Below are resources that you may find helpful in collecting and managing your donations and pledges.

Event Information

Donation Request Letter Template
This letter template gives you a great jumping off point when asking your contacts to support your participation in the Golf Marathon. Customize the letter in whatever way you’d like to give it a personalized touch. This document is a Microsoft Word file.

Donor Information Form
If any of your donors decide to pay by cash or cheque you will need to get their full mailing address so that a tax receipt can be mailed to them. This form makes it easy – just print it out and give to your donor. They can either give it back to you with their pledge or mail it directly to the GI Society office. Tracking Spreadsheet
As your donations start rolling in, keep track of who you have asked, how much someone pledged, and who you need to follow up with. This optional spreadsheet is a great tool to keep you organized. This document is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Golf Marathon Flyer
Do you have a friend, family member, or colleague who may be interested in the Golf Marathon? Send them this flyer and encourage them to register today! This document is a PDF so you will need a program such as the free Adobe Reader to view the file.

Guest or Driver Registration Form
You may bring a companion to cheer you on and drive your complimentary golf cart, as long as you submit at least $800 in donations prior to the event. All power cart drivers need to submit the registration form above before September 30, 2013. Your guest will also receive breakfast, lunch, snacks, buffet dinner, and a welcome package. Golfer Registration Form
If you haven’t officially registered in the GI Society Golf Marathon, complete and submit this form without delay. Space is limited to 40 players! This document is a PDF so you will need a program such as the free Adobe Reader to view the file.

Don’t forget to visit your profile page in the Sponsor a Golfer section. Use it as a fundraising tool and share it with your friends, family, and co-workers by emailing them the link, or “sharing” on all your social media pages.
